Today is Chinese New Year Eve. As usual, there will be fire crackers, followed by fireworks at Chinatown, immediately after the count down.
Still thinking, where shall I go to take the photos..
It was 2004 when Singapore Chinatown first having firecrackers display as part of the Chinatown Chinese New Year Light-Up. My wife (girlfriend then) and I went up to the People's Park Complex Carpark to view the firecrackers. We was amazed that the fireworks firing spot was just right in front of us. I quickly shot as many pictures as possible. From that day since, I have been shooting Chinatown's fireworks with every opportunity, partly because I was staying in the flat there. Even after I moved out of Chinatown, still go back to Chinatown to enjoy the Chinese New Year crowds, and of course, the fireworks. As time goes by, I realised that there so many Chinatown Photos in my harddisk. So I decided that, I shall put it up on a blog.
